Response to inquiries will happen within 1 business day (emails received on Friday will be replied to NO LATER THAN the following Monday.)
Next Steps include Tori (Assistant to Owner/K9 Trainer Patrick Felton) reaching out to schedule an initial call with Trainer to discuss in detail your specific circumstances.
Following the initial call Tori will schedule a FREE In-Home assessment where Pat will evalute your dog and determine what type of program will fit best.
At this time Pat may propose a No-Obligation Custom Program designed specifically to your K9. (Keep in Mind: Custom Programming is essential as each dog and family have their own pace and path).
Most Cross Country K9 Training Custom Programs include lifetime support for determined skillsets.
Lifetime definition: Lifetime of your dog/ Lifetime of your trainer :)
P.S. Cross Country K9 will be ramping up for our Venomous Snake Avoidance Training.
The training will include Snake Avoidance for Copper Heads and eventually Timber Rattlesnakes.
Your K9 and you will learn avoidance practices as well as detailed information on how to treat venomous snake bites.
Venomous Snake Avoidance Training will only be held in KY.
If you are interested in our Snake Avoidance Training please review the Cross Country K9 Training Website

What To Expect Next
A member of Cross Country K9 Training will reach out to you for basic info. Next, a call between you and Owner/Trainer Pat Felton will be scheduled. During the call you will discuss more in detail some of the potential issues you have noticed, more in depth on end results, wheat you have worked on thus far etc. If both parties feel they want to move forward, you will receive a call the next business day to schedule your FREE In-Home Assessment.
At this stage Mr. Pat will come to your home and evaluate your dog and the interactions between you and your family. It's important to remember that every dog and family are on their own pace and path. Therefore we do the assessment before providing a price and number of sessions recommended.
Towards the end of the In-Home Assessment, Mr. Pat may provide a no-obligation proposal laying out the number of sessions needed (most frequently 8-10 but could be different) along with a price point. Again, no obligation. At that time, you can feel free to look over the proposal for a few days and make a decision on your own time. A member of Cross Country K9 Training will follow up with you. If you wish to move forward, your first session will then be scheduled.
Any skill set that Mr. Pat teaches your dog comes with lifetime support (for the dog -- or the trainer).
This means if your dog seems to be doing great at the completion of the sessions and a few months, a year, two years etc goes by and due to life not allowing you to maintain persistent focus in his training or whatever the case may be (maybe new house, new pet, or for no reason at all) your dog then starts to revert back to old habits, Mr. Pat will come back at no charge to you.
These sessions can be used whenever necessary within the dog’s life. You also get anytime text/call/video support for the span of your dog's life.
